How to unlock Cyber Subzero
Unlocking Cyber Subzero is not much of a difficult task. To do so you must successfully complete half of the story mode .
How to Unlock Dirty(Fleshpit) Mileena
To unlock this disgusting and Dirty Mileena you have to complete the entire Challenge Tower. Once you do that Mileena will have a dirty(fleshpit) outfit. For those of you who haven't completed the Challenge tower let me remind you that the there are a total of 300 challenges in it :p SOUNDS CREEPY! but they sure aren't that difficult to complete. You just need some time and composure to finish the tower!
How to unlock Quan Chi
Quan Chi will become available once you complete the entire story mode. After the story is finished go to Character select and right at the bottom you'll find Quan Chi.
How to unlock Jade's new outfit
Play Arcade mode and once in your battle with Shang Tsung dont let yourself get a single damage in the first round and win. Do the same in the second rouund. Finally once the Finish Him Screen Pops up unleash your deadly finisher on Shang Tsung. You should then be taken to a new battle which isn't part of the Arcade Mode and is a secret battle. You'll hav to fight a new Jade in this battle. Defeat her and you'll unlock her second outfit.
How to unlock Green Ninja Reptile
Play Arcade mode and in the Pit 2 you'll notice
Reptile going past the moon. Win the battle without taking any damage at all. After that perform a fatality on your opponent and you'll be taken to a secret battle with Reptile. Beat him to unlock him.
How to unlock Cyber Smoke
When playing Arcade mode look for Cyber Smoke to appear behind the trees once the Living Forest stage begins. If you see him start pressing down+away/back repeatedly. Doing so will result in a secret battle betweem your character and Cyber Smoke. Beat him to unlock him.
How to unlock Quan Chi
Quan Chi will become available once you complete the entire story mode. After the story is finished go to Character select and right at the bottom you'll find Quan Chi.
How to unlock Jade's new outfit

How to unlock Noob Saibot
Play Arcade mode and once the Temple stage begins you'll notice the shadow ninja "Noob Saibot" making his appearance somewhere on the screen. Whoever your oponent is, you'll have to win the battle without using the block ability.
Doing so will take you to a secret battle with Noob Saibot. Beat him to unlock him.
